Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms, and many families choose to bring familiar furniture, pictures, and personal belongings to help create a sense of home from the start. View Show Unit

02

Frail Care

Frail care at Monte Rosa is designed for residents who require additional support with daily care. Care is provided in dedicated areas of the home, allowing residents to receive attentive support in a calm and familiar environment.

Accommodation in the frail care area includes both single rooms and shared rooms, depending on individual needs and preferences.

Many families value the continuity Monte Rosa offers, and often request that residents remain in the home even as care needs increase, including during palliative care. This allows residents to stay in familiar surroundings, supported by people they know.

03

Dementia Care

Monte Rosa has a dedicated dementia ward that supports residents living with dementia. Care is provided in a calm and secure environment designed to respond to the specific needs of residents with dementia.

Accommodation in the dementia ward includes both single rooms and shared rooms.

Visiting and family involvement

Visitors are welcome at Monte Rosa, as the home is first and foremost the residents’ home. Families are encouraged to remain involved and to spend time with their loved ones.
To allow staff to provide appropriate care for frail residents, families are asked to try and follow limited visiting times:
10:00 – 11:00
15:00 – 16:00
19:00 – 20:00
In cases where a resident is very ill, families are welcome to visit more frequently and for longer periods.
